Unlike brain-training games that measure speed and recall, MindFrame measures calibration — the gap between confidence and accuracy — across 19 training modes covering cognitive bias, decision-making, logical consistency, emotional reasoning, and more. Sessions take about 4–5 minutes. After each one, Claude AI scores your reasoning quality and provides personalised coaching.
