Export, correct or delete your data

Signed in, open settings and choose Export training data (or Export Mind Model for your model as JSON). You get a file with your profile, sessions, answers and scores.

Email [email protected] from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my account” (the button in settings opens this email for you). We confirm the request and delete your account, sessions and coaching history. Records we must keep by law — for example payment records held by Stripe — are kept only as long as required.

You can change your profile in settings. For anything else — access requests, corrections or questions about how your data is used — email [email protected].
