Cookie Policy

Last updated: April 3, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how MindFrame (operated by VaultSpark Studios LLC) uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit usemindframe.com. It complements our Privacy Policy.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored by your browser when you visit a website. They help websites remember information about your visit — like whether you're signed in or what theme you prefer. MindFrame also uses localStorage, a browser API that stores data locally on your device (never sent to our servers).

Cookies we use

Your choices

When you first visit MindFrame, a cookie consent banner gives you the choice to:

  • Accept all — enables essential and analytics cookies
  • Essential only — disables PostHog analytics; essential auth and preference cookies remain active

You can change your consent at any time by clearing your browser's localStorage (the key is mf-cookie-consent) and refreshing the page. The banner will reappear.

You may also disable cookies entirely in your browser settings — but this will prevent MindFrame from working correctly (sign-in requires auth cookies).

Third-party links

MindFrame may contain links to external websites. This Cookie Policy does not cover cookies set by those third-party sites. We encourage you to review their individual cookie policies.

PostHog data processing

PostHog is our analytics provider. When you consent to analytics cookies, PostHog collects usage data such as pages visited, buttons clicked, and device type. This data is processed on PostHog's servers in the EU or US depending on your configuration. PostHog does not receive your name, email, or cognitive session data.

PostHog's privacy policy is available at posthog.com/privacy.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated via the consent banner or by email.
