MindFrame
For teams

Your team's thinking, measured and improved

Most L&D spending produces no measurable cognitive improvement. Metacognition training is the one intervention with the evidence base to prove it works — in research and in practice.

The business case

The evidence your CFO will want to see

These are independent research findings — not vendor-reported numbers. Effect sizes are measured in controlled studies with outcomes tracked months after training ended.

Forecasting accuracy
Every strategic decision your team makes depends on accurate forecasting. This is the directly measured improvement from structured metacognitive practice.

Metacognition training effect
Durable across months. EQ training averages d≈0.35 and decays rapidly. If your L&D budget has gone into EQ, here is why ROI was lower than expected.

EQ job performance prediction
EQ's predictive validity drops to near zero once you control for general cognitive ability and personality. Metacognition does not have this problem.

Dedicated onboarding

We run your team's onboarding session and configure the first 6-week programme structure with you.

How it runs

A 6-week team metacognition programme

1
Week 1

Baseline measurement

Everyone completes the calibration assessment. You get a team-level Brier Score baseline and a clear picture of your collective blind spots before training begins.

2
Weeks 2–6

Structured daily practice

Four minutes per person per day. Managers see weekly engagement reports. The training runs itself — no facilitation required.

3
Week 6

Team insight session

Group session reviewing team-level patterns and blind spots. Where does your team over- or under-estimate? What cognitive patterns show up collectively?

4
Ongoing

Monthly reports, quarterly reviews

Monthly cognitive performance reports. Quarterly strategic review sessions available for enterprise teams.

Individual privacy is non-negotiable

Managers never see individual session data. The team dashboard surfaces aggregate, team-level insights only — calibration trends, mode engagement, collective blind spot patterns. Individual answers, reasoning text, and coaching conversations remain completely private to each team member. This is not a setting — it's a hard architectural constraint.

Pricing

Common questions

FAQ for teams

What is the minimum team size?

Three or more people is where the collective analytics become meaningful. Teams of 5–20 get the most value from the leaderboard and Cognitive Wars features.

Can we track individual progress?

Yes — the manager dashboard shows per-person analytics including calibration trends, mode performance, and session frequency. Individual reasoning text and session answers remain private.

Is data private per employee?

Completely. Employees control what they share. The manager view shows aggregate team-level insights only — never individual session content, reasoning, or answers.

Does it integrate with Slack or Microsoft Teams?

Slack and Teams integration is planned. Sign up for early access when requesting team access and we will notify you when it launches.

How does this compare to other L&D programmes?

Most L&D spending produces no measurable cognitive improvement. Metacognition training is one of the few interventions with an evidence base that survives controlled testing — g=0.63 in independent studies, not vendor-reported figures.
