Ownership
The MindFrame application, product design, source code, original written content, training-system structure, visual identity, and original assets are owned by VaultSpark Studios LLC. Access to MindFrame does not transfer ownership or grant a license to copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative products.
Names and brand assets
MindFrame and associated product names, logos, interface elements, and brand assets identify VaultSpark Studios LLC products. They may not be used to imply endorsement, affiliation, or origin without written permission.
Third-party material
Third-party libraries, services, research citations, and other referenced material remain the property of their respective owners and are used under their applicable terms. A citation or integration does not imply sponsorship or ownership by VaultSpark Studios LLC.
Research and educational references
MindFrame cites published research to explain its evidence base. Those citations attribute the underlying scholarship; they do not transfer rights in the cited work or claim that the researchers endorse MindFrame.
